All orders have a processing time of 2 to 6 business days.
This is because each piece is handmade and personalized. Additionally, due to high daily demand, extra time is required for design techniques, review, and individual production.

United States (including Miami): 5 to 10 business days.

Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs processes, peak seasons, or carrier-related delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
